COACHES/VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

 BACKGROUND CHECK/COMPLIANCE:

 All Coaches/Scorekeepers/Volunteers interacting with the players MUST complete a Background check and required compliance training.

 Please click the link to begin: Background check/Compliance training  (Background checks are Only Valid for One Season)  If you have a valid background check from another organization, please upload it to your account.

SCGSA changed the website they previously used this year.  Please go to the website listed above and click on the REGISTER button.  You will have to create a new acct even if you previously had an acct through USA SOFTBALL.  

Once your acct is created and you are logged in, simply click on the DASHBOARD link at the top left of the screen.  

From here, you will see your name and BLUE COMPLIANCE button.  Please click on the COMPLIANCE tab to begin. 

The following courses should appear for you to complete:

BACKGROUND CHECK
SAFESPORT
CONCUSSION

Then simply click on each course listed and follow the directions.

 EQUIPMENT

 Equipment will be distributed to each coach at the start of the season and collected at the end of the season. 
 Please notify the equipment manager immediately of any lost or damaged equipment.
 It expected that your equipment is returned in the same clean state that it was given to you at the beginning of the season.

 FIELD MAINTENANCE

 Managers/coaches are responsible for dragging and lining the field prior to home games. 
 Lime is provided by the organization for lining the field.

 Coaches are responsible to get 2 Team sponsors
 $350 per Sponsor
 $700 Total
